IsoDrift ("we", "our", or "the app") is a photo-to-contour-art application published by Vertex Drift Publishing. Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

IsoDrift is designed with privacy at its core. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers.

• Photos: All images you load are processed entirely on your device using Apple's Metal framework. Photos never leave your device and are never uploaded to any server.
• Usage counter: A simple numeric counter of how many free photos you have used is stored locally on your device via UserDefaults. This data is not transmitted anywhere.
• Subscription status: Subscription transactions are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not operate our own subscription server and do not have access to your Apple ID, payment method, or billing details.

2. Analytics & Tracking

IsoDrift does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking pixels. We do not track your activity, create user profiles, or share data with third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service IsoDrift interacts with is Apple's App Store / StoreKit for processing subscription purchases. Apple's handling of your payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

All app data (the free-photo counter and exported artwork) remains on your device. We have no remote servers and therefore no risk of server-side data breaches.

5. Children's Privacy

IsoDrift is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no personal data is collected from any user, no special provisions for children are required.

6. Your Rights

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you uninstall IsoDrift, all locally stored preferences are removed with the app.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
