By downloading or using IsoDrift ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

IsoDrift converts photographs into topographic contour line art using on-device GPU processing. The app offers a limited free tier (5 photo conversions) and optional in-app purchases for unlimited access.

2. Purchases

• Plans: IsoDrift Pro is available as a Monthly auto-renewable subscription ($0.99 CAD/month) or a one-time Lifetime purchase ($9.99 CAD).
• Free tier: New users receive 5 free photo conversions before a purchase is required.
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: The Monthly subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The Lifetime purchase does not renew.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your monthly subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

3. Intellectual Property

The IsoDrift app, including its code, design, shaders, and branding, is the intellectual property of Vertex Drift Publishing. You retain full ownership of any photographs you import and any artwork you export from the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

IsoDrift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertex Drift Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
